    Packaging was all messed up. It came in a brown box, which in some places had come undone. The box was bent in some areas, and torn in one area. Thank goodness the pillow stayed in the box, and thank goodness it wasn’t something breakable! Most of this was probably due to FedEx, not the seller….though I might suggest using better packing tape. The pillow arrived on time, which was great this time of year (holiday shipping period).

    Seller never had the items I bought. After multiple attempts to contact seller, they claimed they were at a different location. They offered a refund but I needed these specific items. After more days of not answering me and not shipping the items, they then said that the items weren’t at the second location. Terrible communication and possibly a scam.
