The inside of the laptop was full of pet fur so it needed to be taken apart by myself and cleaned up. Most Ebay sellers will do this for you so I was disappointed that this seller didn't do that because it was definitely gross. After cleaning the internal fan, the computer ran pretty well and the fan was much quieter. I wouldn't purchase from this seller again due to the dirtiness of the laptop.
