Mistakenly ordered a paperback that I thought was a hardcover, not sellers fault; it was described properly on the listing. Seller still processed a refund the day I went to return the item and let me keep the item anyway. A+++ service. Book arrived quickly in great condition and for a great price. Thank you so much! Amazing seller!

seller was communicative about my shipment, media mail took a while and tracking wasn't updated frequently, but seller communicated to me very quickly on status. the item came new and wrapped as described, though the packaging in it was packed wasn't sturdy and falling apart when it got to me.

    A true classic.

I have loved this book since I was a freshman in high school in 1967 and did a book report for my English class on it I still have the paperback copy in storage somewhere but I wanted to read it again so I bought another copy which by the way came in in excellent condition. don't listen to the protesters that say that this is a racial fueled book that should be banned. It is a beautiful wonderful love story that just happened to take place in the deep South during a turbulent time in history.

  • A True American Classic! Eye opening to untaught truths!

It should be required reading for everyone, especially high school & college level education. It shows & tells you the unfettered uncensored truth of the evil perpetrated by the North on the South Pre & post attack on the Succeeded south. Eye opening & incredible writing from Margaret Mitchell, before the truth & history was erased! Read it, learn it, pass it on to the next generations, before all of our American history is burned or destroyed! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🇺🇸

  • Great book. No wonder it made the list of the Hundred Best Read Books in the US

Great story with some historical background of what it was like to be a female during Civil War in the south...and a young woman who began as a immature girl and her fantastic notions into a mature woman who saw there was still hope even though she had lost everything.

  • Wonderful, exciting, spell binder

This book replaces my copy of GWTW that was lost. It truly is my favorite book & movie as it tells the story of a strong willed woman and the dashing man who loved her during one if the worst times our Country went through. The description of the characters, living conditions in the old South during war and the ultimate love story of 2 totally different people who in reality are more alike than they will ever know is unsurpassed.

  • History & Romance - Book Has It All

Like new & sent promptly. An old classic that I've found tough to find in bookstores. Only minor negative is that print is very small but readers (glasses) can take care of that.
