    I ordered this in Large because I thought it was the same as the old McDavid elbow pad I was using. The one I was using had elastic that stretches a lot more then these new neoprene sleeves, I can hardly get this onto my forearm never mind up to my elbow - I can't use it. I think I would need a 2XL in this style. Otherwise delivery was fine.
