Had 4 of the 5 boxes arrive super fast and then good ole UPS lost the final box and told me to file a claim. Customer Service responded immediately and was prepared to send a replacement box out. Luckily UPS "found" the "lost" box and delivered it. Absolutely wonderful communication and the carport materials look to be very high quality! Highly Recommend Seller!
