    On eBay 14 yrs first neg review. Seller asked me to cancel which I did but only refunded me a portion. Kept the shipping fee. Contacted eBay and every time told me contact seller because only seller can refund. We have all fallen upon challenging times in different ways but our words should uphold an agreement. Seller not honest and doesn't have integrity. Even suggested venmo for refund. No refund. Sad and disappointed.
