    A nice bag of knives

    I think, for the money spent, these knives will definitely serve their purpose. These will be used as my vacation knives. When I travel camp or spend time away from home, these knives will be with me. I don't like knives usually provided in places I stay, and if not provided, then I will have a relatively good set of knives to do my food preparation. Shipped quickly, packaged well, and seem to be a good buy for the money spent.

    Light weight, ergonomic, comfortable handle.

    These are my go to knives. I do own Kramers, Shuns, blue steel japanese knives, a couple of handmade hand crafted custom knives but, because of the value, edge retention, and the comfort of the handle, these are my work horse in a professional 5star kitchen I'm working at. I do have their forged knife and it also preforms well but, because knives are always being borrowed or lent to or other people are just curious of the knife, I wouldn't have a problem letting them borrow these set. I have an almost complete set of the prodigy (at least the knives that I need) and 3 of the forge one. This set only comes with 4 essential knives and my other pix contains my other knives (so that you don't think I'm bsing, these knives are just my usual everyday sets I carry with me.
