      Excellent Choice For Diet Supplementation And Health Enhancement

      We cannot say enough about the already well-known benefits that come with this seed. Namely, the Omega EFAs, the 3 and the 6 in their most natural and basic form. The fact that it comes already pre-ground makes it super-easy to add to the morning or mid-day daily smoothie right into the high-speed blender. One-and-one-half teaspoonfuls per serving will do the basic daily trick, although you can always have second servings, as when you ingest a second smoothie within the same day. May also aid in bowel movement. Great supplement!

      Chia Ground Seeds

      They are a very good product and have a neutral taste. I had bought the same brand a couple months ago, but it was in the form of tiny seeds instead of powder. Each purchase was used for sprinkling on oatmeal. I will buy this brand again. I like the tiny seeds a little bit better, but the powder is good when blended well.
