      Should have known this cheap buyer that kept sending me low bid offers to accept for these beautiful roses was not being realistic. Obviously does not know a lot about or have experience with silk florals. These are excellent for the price and it is normal for the heads to slide off when you unwrap them but you just slip them back on. No biggie I am blocking this guy from being able to purchase from me again.
