Though, my initial impressions of the bench when I unboxed it were a little less exciting than I expected. The steel used to hold the overall frame together seems a little cheap. Plus, the instructions for the setup are a little bit confusing because they weren't extremely clear on the placement/order of the given materials.

I looked at a number of these before I bought this one. Many the backrest isn't tall enough for your head. But with this being adjustable it's not an issue! Also the adjustable preacher curl is great! I definitely recommend this workout bench. 5 �� from me!
