When tried to connect, didn’t work. Did research and confirmed that the incorrect cord was given and would not work with think this version. Strike three. Contacted and let know about the hooks, offered $5-10 credit. At that time, didn’t even know if worked. Agreed on 30 and would follow up when I plug in. When didn’t work, contacted and explained issue…1 week now and still nothing

The cards inside the box look good, however the box that houses the cards are torn on each back corner and taped together. The lid is also taped to the bottom, which is probably to reinforce the torn corners. The listing said Like New, however the description did not mention the torn corners and the one picture shown only the front of the box. It would have been nice if the seller was more transparent. I did not ask questions due to the picture and description.
