    Book contains wonderful recipes from the restaurant including bbq sauce recipes. The restaurant cooks a lot of the bbq via wood fires. The book contains a lot of useful information in regards to which types of wood create the best results based on the type of meat being cooked. In short the book is extra useful to anyone you also likes to cook anything via wood fire such as when camping.

Bob Gibson's is in Decatur, AL, just a few miles north of Hartselle so I've eaten there more times than I can count and I promise you Bob Gibson's is the absolute best ever! I crave it and sure wish they'd open one in Brown Deer, WI! When I discovered they had put out a cook book I couldn't have been happier except having a huge plate of Bob Gibson's Bar-B-Q in front of me while I read through this cook book!
