    Seller did an excellent job - A+ on seller's behalf. Received the item timely and item was packaged fine. However, the folio case, after just about a month of usage, is already fraying on one edge with only light indoor usage. The item still works fine but small pieces of the case just tear off (see photos). Not a huge deal but thought you all should know.

    Folio Case nice, but poor design

    This case does not fit the Surface 3 tight enough to protect it. The black part is felt not leather. For the price it does cover and protect the tablet to some degree, but there are better ones that I've seen... for more money.

    Quality feel with a great price!

    The leather feels great and the build quality is very nice. Looks like it's going to last a good while. Stitching is excelent and strong. The look is excelent.
