I contacted Maxxt-tech to try and resolve this issue. I even sent them videos. After several days of back and forth emails with them I realized they were just giving me the runaround. It appears to be a good sander but in reality I just wasted $150 bucks. Bad customer service, I'll never buy from Maxxt-tech again
