    This was advertised as open box, like new. It should have said USED, because the plastic box was all scratched up, the curlers still had hair wrapped around them, and some of the curler holders were corroded. I asked for full refund, and the seller offered me $5. Clearly I'm going to have to ask eBay to get involved to get my money back. This item was NOT AS ADVERTISED, unhygienic, and unusable.
