All mats had big permanent creases, as the supplier decided to fold them tight like paper and tightly tape them in a box-shaped plastic bag. The creases are permanent, so the mats look horrible. When I contacted them to complain, they responded that I should wait 2-3 days, and the creases would go away. When requested a return with my money back, they stopped communicating.
