But it is in the United States, no 3 week wait. The tool does the job. I have arthritis. A job with 20 rivers used to be easy but not anymore. This tool has made it easy again. A real plus was putting a rivet into a recessed well. There had been a small screw with a now inaccessible nut on the other side. I was able to secure the part with a rivet because of this design.
