It turned off in the middle of the night. Googled what to do and was told I’d have to go to my audiologist. Then my daughter suggested eBay. So glad she did. Saved me $500. The unit is awesome. Charged right out of the box. It also charges faster than my old charger. This unit is a godsend! I also received it sooner than expected.

Did receive the Initial product purchased and as it would plug in and get power the connectors for the hearing aids would not connect to charge. Seller responded quickly to posts of this issue and a new unit was sent out directly and the second unit works flawlessly. Really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of this seller. Would definitely make additional purchases in the future.
