I had difficulties with a Grievous that never arrived because of garbage USPS, but the seller was willing to ship another figure! Then, one of the figures arms came broken and the seller was willing to send me a spare arm! Both replacements free of charge! Not to mention they are genuine lego pieces too. I took the time to inspect them. However, do not expect brand new/mint figures.
