    The hat is new and good quality altho since it was sent in a bubble envelope it was squashed flat like someone had sat on it. I did contact the seller who was very apologetic and suggested using heat on it which I had tried and most of the wrinkles did come out altho there are still come creases that cannot be removed. A partial refund was offered and not return the hat and I accepted. I feel this is a honest seller. Reminded them to use a box when shipping a hat. Recommend this seller.
