The items were not wrapped at all. There was no padding or bubble wrap to safeguard them. The box was not marked fragile. The items were allowed to move freely in the shipping process and banged against each other causing one carving to break and the other carving to chip in several areas. The seller was respectful, apologetic, and responsive throughout the refund claim.
