- r***- (45)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseItem worked. Considerations was the edge on the hard drive side was square while the laptop housing was slightly rounded. It simply cut the edge of plastic off while inserting and fit. The other is the connector cable was longer than stock resulting in an extra wire bend and stuffing the excess between the battery and housing. Neither issue altered fitment of bottom case and 1 week of testing shows good performance.

I let the company know, they offered to either refund me or send me another one. I asked for a replacement. When I received it, I plugged it in & it did not work. I reached out to them, they offered to either replace or refund. This time I asked for a refund. They issued me a refund. Though I wonder if the shipment of batteries they receied were bad, the company had a good policy of trying to fix my issue.

The battery would not work or charge, and the computer would not turn on with the battery installed. I contacted the seller, and they were very responsive in issuing a refund. While the product didn't work, the customer service and response were ideal.

Ordered and listed as sent on Friday 28.3.25 and not delivered until Wednesday 2.4.25. THAT IS HARDLY EXPRESS ! The product is good but the service is rubbish and Falsely Advertised as Australia Post !!!! These type of sellers only get my business once and today that ends.
