Contacted him to find a uncreditable, sneaky vendor who tricked me into opening a case and then closing it! Said he was unable to refund unless I opened then said he couldn’t because it was open, close it. That leaves you no options. But, I contacted EBay. They say that’s a new bad guy trick they’re experiencing. All good for me, not so much for him. BEWARE USE AT YOUR OWN EXTREME RISK!!
