    Before purchasing, I forgot to ask if the eyes lit up properly as the listing didn’t show that. I received the item and found that 1 eye doesn’t light up, which seller was unaware of beforehand. I got a partial refund in the end. Nobody is at fault here, and it’s okay. I wasn’t mad. The seller handled it well I’d say. Communication could’ve been quicker but it’s okay. Overall the seller is pretty honest and I haven’t had a problem. Just a mistake on my part really.
