It came in not good condition because it wasn't seal pretty well making the container lid open slightly during shipment. the product leaked a little and it did small mess inside the box. I had have to clean the container. Seller needs to work a little more on packing like put masking tape on the lid to prevent future messes and cover a little more the container (bubble wrap, maybe) because is a heavy product. It is being installed now and I will report on how it runs once it is hooked up. Great communications from the American Direct Supply personnel who always answered my questions promptly when I inquired. I would recommend this company to other people and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies I researched.

A few hours later they refund my order and state they were damaged... My guess is they never had them and had the posting up thinking that they did. They offered to replace with a unit that cost $1500 more....I would encourage to use a more ethical company. Unfortunately we cant control how our carriers handle the equipment. We have issues a full refund for your order since the units were damaged beyond use. You ordered the last two 410A systems Unfortunately they are no longer being manufactured so the only solution we had for you was to offer the New 454B. Due to the Manufacture cost we could not offer them to you for the same price as the 410A. The 410A Listing is Out of Stock
