Contact seller and he/she states "You have the photos….You saw the listing it says with defects" He/she mentioned ONE defect, no others. Also says "They (accessories) didn’t come with it. I’m not sure what to tell you." Well you could tell the truth and show a little humility for the mistake. I let the buyer know a full refund and return shipping was offered. It was disclosed about defects and listed as new with defects. Photo did not show accessories a that was disclosed. The truth was told and in the listing… it’s available for everyone to see. But NONE of the other scuff marks (there were multiple) were listed nor could you see them in listing photos.
