    Excellent masonry tool

    This cutter works as advertised and also is great for doing fine detail work since it is used without the hammer function. I was able to cut drainage grooves in quartzite and open mortar joints and the adjoining rock to drain a screen porch wall. That could never be done with a hammer drill bit in hammer mode. It would have shattered rock and mortar and made a heck of a mess.
