I then realized as the unit was in transit that e-bay had my old number on file. I again messaged the seller they responded immediately and gave the driver or the transport company my new number. the delivery went smoothly it arrived early and works perfectly. A few hours later they refund my order and state they were damaged... My guess is they never had them and had the posting up thinking that they did. They offered to replace with a unit that cost $1500 more....I would encourage to use a more ethical company. Due to the Manufacture cost we could not offer them to you for the same price as the 410A. The 410A Listing is Out of Stock
