    Open box new but didn’t state it was broken. Item arrived with broken UV bulb and UV glass housing. Probably missing the UV cover too. Had to clean the broken glass inside the canister. Contact seller but was told no refund. I get no refund if I didn’t like the item but not if the item was broken. There’s no replace parts for the broke pieces so it’s basically a useless container.
