Many jumper cables are made of Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA), an inferior tye of cable material. The sellers advertisement indicated the cables were professional grade. I wrote to the company and asked if they were CCA, to which I received a single word response of, "No." It was the perfect response. The cable is good quality, the response to my question was quick.

We contacted the seller and sent pictures of the packing and he graciously resent another part no charge. The second part arrived intact and undamaged in the packing.
