But also, the screen plastic bezel was cracked to the point where the lid wouldn’t shut completely. Fine, I get it, it’s used and I was going to overlook this, but in addition the laptop overheated and thermal shut down when trying to load windows. I had to remove the heatsink and reapply thermal paste to resolve the issue. The good news is the seller communicated quickly but didn’t offer any remediation for the thermal issues.

Its unfortunate that the included instructions only provide basic info and don't explain how to reset the unit back to the default state. The manufacturer has 8 YouTube tutorial videos that explain how to operate the USB device. I think it would be helpful if the seller would link these into the description. Otherwise, happy with purchase at a good price.
