    I was expecting a used cello but received a brand new cello. It was well packaged. It took longer to receive than what was stated. I emailed the seller twice before it started to move. He said to be patient with FedEx, but the label was created and FedEx didn't show receipt of the package for 4 days after that. I suspect it was not dropped off. It was supposed to be 1 to 4 day shipping and it took 8 days. The bow is also garbage. It's not balancrd and I cant use it. I had to order a new one.
