It looked as if someone simply pulled up one long root and cut it into 10 sections. These sections appear quite barren like a stick with no signs of life. Even in dormancy there should be tiny hair-like roots present, especially in a plant that is 3-5 years old as seller had told me in message! Soooooo Disappointing!!!
