    This item came with white spots on the seat. I sent them photos. They suggest I try wiping it off or conceal it with something that matched the color of the chair. They offered me a $20 refund. I didn’t have time to return this chair and get another recliner for my granddaughter by Xmas so I had to accept the refund. Very unprofessional. Will never order from this seller again.
