Great buy .... works GREAT.
The faucet arrived fast and came in a plain box with all of the needed parts and directions. The directions are in TINY print and are basic ... use YouTube videos if you are a novice. It looks nice, it works well and it's plastic but the price is, EXCELLENT. as this same item is over $70....Amazon and I got it for less than half of that here. Installation is a bit tricky ( as I have an older house) but with PATIENCE it's manageable. Nice but be prepared for a complicated install if your kit is the same as mine
Nice faucet BUT Very unhappy that you have to order the 1/2 to 3/8" hose adapters seperately AND my Kit didnt come with the large hand tightening nut that I have seen on Utube installation videos. Installation instructions are useless. You have to guess which line hooks up to hot or cold on the faucet itself even with Utube videos because there are slight differences in the materials used.

I bought this at $27.50 and it was an amazing deal at that price. Still a good deal at $40. The head structure appears to be plastic but the brushed stainless tube and base plate are indeed metal (on the outside). In any case you can't tell that the head is plastic by looking at it. The included hoses are great- this is a weird metric size that they adapt for 3/8" IPS, so if you have 3/8" water supply pipes (most common) this works fine. As others have noted this you can't tell which side is hot or cold without turning it on, and instead of a hand-turned lock ring it has a screw-tightened retaining ring that holds it to the counter- which is fine. The real nice surprise here is that the base plate, if you need to use it, has a pre-puttied underside ready to seal to your sink or counter. ...
