As he delivered it mailman told me it was poorly packaged and that the box was falling apart. I brought it inside carefully. Didn't have to untape anything. The lid was already loose. I was really worried as I opened it. Luckily all 6 glass panels were perfect. The lamp was as described. Tiny bit of damage to the frame. One of the pieces that holds the glass in place had broken off. I only wanted the glass panels so I'm fine.
