The shade was received with crackled flaw the size of the thumbprint that was not on the description. The seller insisted it was not there when shipped. I sent pictures that clearly showed the flaw but the seller said they could not see it. While not very well wrapped, the box and packaging were not damaged. The shade was dirty and so was the flaw. I am only giving a neutral review because I chose to keep the shade rather than hassle with this seller.
