    Ok, what I am about to say has NOTHING to do with seller! I had the same problem when I purchased bottle at Nordstrom. Received product as claimed and when taking the cap off it was unsealed from the interior cap. After taking that off EVERYTHING else was perfectly fine. The shipment was fast, the product was perfect. I don’t know why Jo Malone caps are not made better but seller has nothing to do with that problem. Thank you seller for being above board with pricing and product!

    I love the concept, however, I had purchased quite a few bottles of Authentic, real, Jo Malone fragrances and this is just a cute knock off. For this price, it does smell very nice. The packaging is not the real deal. Jo Malone laces her boxes with black paper, mine came in a black cardboard. She also never wraps her boxes with the plastic either. You get what you paid for. I’ll just save up for another real bottle.
