The packaging consisted of a dry paper towel wrapped loosely around the roots. The roots were also dry. I soaked the plants for a couple of hours before I planted them hoping that they might survive. They did not. I wrote the seller requesting a refund or replacing the plants. The seller has not responded. Very poor customer service.

I couldn't keep my mouth shut about the pawpaw plants and now everyone wants some.
