I will note the envelope was repaired by the USPS as the entire top was ripped and they taped it securely to keep the contents safe, which they were. We previously received our stamps in a larger sized envelope and never had a problem. I am aware of the higher postage rates so I believe this is why the envelope was a smaller size.
