As soon as I turned it on to make sure it worked, I put it on high/hot & only part of the blanket heated up & that was only luke warm. I've used electric blankets for years & I know that 1 side will stop working after being used for some time, that & how the blanket was packaged makes me believe this blanket is used not new. I'm really disappointed. I definitely learned a valuable lesson on this one.
