    This is my first negative feedback I’ve ever written. I bought a Fluval Marine 3.0 LED light that was stated as “NEW” in the eBay listing under item condition. In the listing title it said “new open box.” Seller charges $19 for the cheapest FedEx label and ships your item in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Really? I got it, and I immediately knew it was used. Salt build up along every single edge. Instead of apologizing the seller threatens me that it better work. I never used your USED light.

    Offered the buyer full refund told him I would pay the difference for shipping it was a mistake buyer was very nasty and told he wasn’t sure if it would be sent back damaged

    This is my first time dealing with Shelbyc-12. It went smoothly up until waiting for shipment. It was raking some time and I reached out to him. Unfortunately he had no control over USPS, which they are late even Priority Mail. I finally received it after some time. To my surprise, Shelby tracked the package and was very proactive with it and refunded my shipment. That is above and beyond what I expected. He took accountability for someone else’s slack!
