    it was found that this was an item previously returned you could tell by the poor packaging and tape. because the manufacturer made and error in putting on connector wires did not match and need to be removed and redone the color coded red vs red and black vs black had same male/female connectors on them. they should of been one male and one female on each so they could be connected. So I ended up with a resold returned item.
