The seller has not informed me if the item has shipped yet or anything. They are completely unresponsive and there has been no communication. I do not have the item or any information on the status. A week later I get a notification it’s being shipped untracked. Another month goes by with no updates and no response from several attempts from me to get an update. I finally got EBay involved and they sent a refund. The seller still hasn’t responded. All they had to do was respond and I would have understood.
