It’s been raining a lot, so the plastic envelope and all the tape - PERFECT! It’s exactly as pictured on eBay. I’m not sure how long my granddaughters will enjoy collecting state quarters, so the wrinkles on the front are ok. I shopped a lot and feel like I got a fair price.
