Due to rough handling in transit retaining latch securing mixer motor to stand snapped. The seller responded correctly and in a timely manner. All issues resolved. I am deeply saddened with this outcome but bare no ill will to this honorable seller who did their very best in all aspects of the sale. The shipping cost was not bad. The shipping outcome was horrible.
