      Seller placed the item on eBay and stated they were size 9.5 once they shipped them they realized that they were size 9. Seller never bothered to communicate this with me I could have saved 2 hours going to post office twice. I could have just told post office to return to sender. Seller finally admitted his mistake but still wants to charge me the tax for his mistake.
