    The deer bookends arrived promptly. I excitedly opened the box as soon as it arrived. Though we'll packed, ears were broken off. I took pics and requested a refund. An hour later my refund was approved by the seller with an apology and was being processed by PayPal. Despite my disappointment with the damage , I am very happy with the service I received.
