      This was not a new item, at best a poorly packaged refurbished one. The box was in such poor condition that you couldn’t return it if you wanted to. The pieces were all thrown in a bag with a hole in it, so I had to organize them myself to see if any parts were missing. With some that had fallen out of the bag upon delivery. Every piece had paint chipping off or was bubbling off . I had thought about returning it, but how? I definitely deserve a refurbished price not NEW. See photos.
