Apparently Seller who stated it worked had plugged it in and since it seemed to work when plugged in assumed it would make bread. However it was missing the paddle so would not have been able to actually make bread. Seller was VERY GRACIOUSI and just gave me a refund and told me to toss it since shipping back would have not been cost effective. Very good and fast communication with Seller.
